  1. Overlapping SNPs in both datasets are used to determine the comprehensiveness of dataset. The overlapping SNPs provide higher coverage when applied to HapMap dataset compare to NIEHS dataset. In addition, the total number of SNPs in NIEHS is much more than the total number of SNPs in HapMap.
