Inferring relationships among GPCRs, Gα and RGS proteins for specific disease states. The relationship among GPCR, Gα and RGS protein can be retrieved. The user can also find information regarding diseases that relate to such entries as well as information on their tissue distribution. Integrating the information presented above would be useful in inferring the relationship between RGS proteins and GPCRs.
