Both graphs report on the abscissa the multiplicative variability between the two arrays, and on the ordinate the frequency of genotyping errors. The graph on the left shows the results obtained using the direct Two-Array Method; the one on the right, the results obtained using TAMGeS. The greater robustness of TAMGeS is clearly evident.
