  1. Chemostat 1 was cultivated at 25°C first and temperature was lowered to 20°C after 5 volume changes, chemostat 2 was performed vice versa. Steady state conditions were assumed after 5 volume changes. Biomass (YDM), 2F5 Fab concentration (product) and specific production rate qP are given for both cultivations, additionally to the mean ratio of 20°C to 25°C for each of these parameters.
