Cells of P. luminescens expressing mcherry. P. luminescens TT01 transformants carrying plasmid pBR-Cherry (no promoter, negative control), pBR-Cherry-rpsM (rpsM-promoter, positive control), and pBR-Cherry-PluLib (promoter-trap library) were cultivated in complex medium.
