  1. For all T nigroviridis and D chromosomes, maximum and minimum values of the Moran Index in the four cases of autocorrelation (GC3, GC, P [H | W] and P [L | W], W = window of 14 kb). In all cases, the Moran test was highly significant and confirmed the presence of a spatial organization.
