From: A genome-wide SNP panel for mapping and association studies in the rat
Chromosomal locations of SNPs on the RSGC3.4 rat genome assembly. The image was drawn using the idiographica webtool [22]. Giemsa staining is set as chromosomal shading background. Markers indicated in blue were informative between our BN and Wistar animals, and red markers were not, but showed polymorphy in other strains.
