  1. Fold changes over sham in large cerebral arteries for miR-30a, miR-143, miR-191*, and miR-223 at 1 h, 6 h, and 24 h post-SAH. Data from the miRNAome screen were analyzed using the 2–ΔCt quantitative method and one-way ANOVA. Of the 482 miRNAs expressed in both SAH and sham animals, the 4 miRNAs listed in this table showed significantly different expression levels between the groups. The p values from the ANOVA analyses are in the right column.
