The symbol “*” indicates significant differences (P < 0.05) in expression of genes/gene sets between crosses at the same time point, and the symbol “**” indicates the significant differences at P < 0.01. The significance of gene sets were calculated based on z-scores of 5 members in each gene set between genotypes. The significance of individual genes was calculated based on the 95% confidence interval across all genes (more than 19,000) at the corresponding time points.
