From: Novel insights into the insect trancriptome response to a natural DNA virus
Nucleotide sequence similarity dot plot of the de novo transcriptome of Plodia interpunctella granulovirus (this study) versus the assembled Plutella xylostella granulovirus genome (NCBI reference sequence NC_002593.1). Nucleotide identity between the two sequences is represented by a dot. This analysis suggests that the current P. interpunctella granulovirus transcriptome assembly is approximately 44% complete.
