Biological coefficient of variation plot. Genewise dispersion plot for twelve libraries is indicated. Estimation of genewise BCV allows observation of changes for genes that are consistent between biological replicates and giving less priority to those with inconsistent results. Generalized linear model is used to determine the evidence of significant difference of counts for a transcript or exon across conditions. The BH method is used in this dataset to control false discovery rate.
