The tree is based on the alignment of concatenated sequences of four core housekeeping genes (16S rRNA, gyrB, rpoB, rpoD) of the strains. Bootstrap values from 1000 replicates are indicated at the nodes. Organization of Pseudomonas groups and subgroups is according to Mulet et al. [53]
