Putative LPS O-antigen biosynthetic loci (OBL) in the genomes of WCS358, WCS374, and WCS417 as identified in a BLASTp search using 20 OBL identified in P. aeruginosa as bait. Genes of which the gene tags are designated in red font are orthologs of genes found in at least one of the 20 P. aeruginosa OBL.
