Correlation of Tajima’s D indices shows similar overall genome-wide allele frequency distributions of SNPs within genes in each of the two Ghanaian population samples, Kintampo (N = 45) and Navrongo (N = 40). The scatterplot compares Tajima’s D indices in both populations for each of 4,048 genes containing 3 or more SNPs (Correlation R 2 = 0.71)
