The chromosomal region of each rearrangement is indicated by its physical length (Mb) based on the 6B physical map. Rearrangements on the short and long arms are represented by red and blue characters, respectively. The chromosomal regions of each inversion are represented by arrows on the left side of the C-banding karyotype of chromosome 6B
