Development and morphology of DLP1 and DLP2 plaques. Phages were plated in half-strength Luria-Bertani (½ LB) agar overlays with 16 h liquid culture of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia D1585. Plates were incubated at 30 °C and photographed at 16, 24 and 48 h. Turbid DLP1 plaques were difficult to visualize until after 24 h of growth, whereas clear, well-defined DLP2 plaques were observed after 16 h
