    The unexpected lack of synteny with the strawberry genome would likely disappear if the most recent assembly of the Fragaria vesca genome was used (Tennessen et al 2014). Their new assembly has much greater synteny to the peach genome: http://gbe.oxfordjournals.org/content/6/12/3295/F3.expansion.html
