Induced binary interaction network. a The method of determining cutoff. Interactions are ranked by their BINM scores. Different values of cutoff are used to predict binary interactions, and the corresponding F 2 scores are calculated using these predictions. Then we use the value that produces the largest F 2 score to construct binary network.
