RT-qPCR analysis of the expression of nodD genes from R. tropici CIAT 899 and derivatives grown under control (B- medium), in the absence and in the presence of apigenin (3.7 μM) or NaCl (300 mM). Expression data shown are the mean (± standard deviation of the mean) of three biological replicates. Data were normalized in relation to the endogenous control (16S rRNA). The asterisks indicate a statistically significant expression at the level α = 5 %, determined by REST2009 software.
