Diverse receptors were predicted to be modulated by NeurimmiRs. PRRs and intracellular receptors such as MRC1, MRC2, TLR1, CEACAM5, MEGF10 and CD63 were targeted by diverse NeurimmiRs. Supportive molecules such as ACh, ACh receptor, NE, NE receptor, TIMP, MMP (metalloproteinase), TLR2 (Toll like receptor 2) and ABCA1 (ABC transporter A family member 1) and cellular component such as cell membrane, nucleus and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) were illustrated for better understanding
