Orthologs between T.urartu and Ae.tauschii and in-paralogs within each organism of them. Each chromosome of T.urartu and Ae.tauschii was figured by actual proportion to others. The chromosomal scales of T.urartu was different from Ae.tauschii. The top and bottom of each stick standing for one chromosome were starting point and terminal point of the chromosome, respectively. The deletion bin maps of T. urartu 1A–7A chromosomes were noted on the left side, and bZIP genes in each deletion bin were averagely distributed. ‘uA’ and ‘uD’ mean genome regions not located to specific chromosomes, and genes in these regions were averagely distributed, thus the positions in the figure do not stand for the real locations in the genome
