Expression levels of TabZIP genes in anther of wheat line BS366 following low temperature treatment. The 2−ΔΔC T method was used to calculate the relative expression levels of the target genes. The expression of each TabZIP gene at 0 h was regarded as a reference, and other values represented the expression levels relative to the reference. Mean values and SDs were obtained from three biological replicates. (Left) 10 TabZIP genes (for each of them, the highest expression level after treatment was more than 10 times over the untreated control); (Right) 11 TabZIP genes (for each of them, the highest expression level after treatment was less than 10 times over the untreated control)
