  1. The distribution in main functional categories on the basis of “biological process” terms was performed using CateGOrizer [79] setting Plant GO slim method and consolidated single occurrences. The analysis was performed using the GO terms of the 180 and 209 transcripts positively and negatively affected respectively in response to Fe citrate and showing homology to “known protein”
