A phylogeny inferred with FastTree2 [54] on near-full-length 16S rRNA gene sequences extracted from genome assemblies and aligned and masked with ssu-align [52]. The tree is rooted with Acetobacter woodii DSM 1030 [GenBank:NC_016894]. Strains are color-coded by botulinum neurotoxin serotype. Stars indicate newly sequenced (this study) strains.
