miRNA expression across regenerating tail sections by qRT-PCR. Total RNA was extracted from regenerated tail sections from four biological replicates. cDNA was synthesized using primers specific to the mature miRNA. Three qRT-PCR replicates were performed for each gene in each tail section (600 total reactions).
