Functional networks derived from sets of DEG obtained for L10ΔC (a) L13ΔC (b) at D35. Based on the Ingenuity KnowledgeBase a network of down regulated genes was derived for L10ΔC indicating deactivated gene expression, cellular function and organismal development networks. For L13ΔC a network was found implying deactivated tissue development, skeletal and muscular disorders and cell-to-cell signaling pathways. Red and green indicate up- and down-regulation; network shapes indicate various classes of network components; line and arrows indicate undirected and directed interactions
