P. oxygeneios Genetic linkage map. The consensus map generated using Lep-Map 2 software contained a total of 1575 informative SNP markers arranged into 35 linkage groups. The positions on the left side of the chromosomes are in centiMorgans. The diameters of the filled circles on the right hand side are proportionate to the number of markers at those positions.
