The virus genomes from two studied virus strains were separately assembled using Trinity software [45]. The sequence span for each virus genome component is provided below the component name. The position of polymorphic sites between two virus strains is presented with the changed amino acids in brackets. The left amino acid belongs to NL1-I and right amino acid represents BCMV-S2 strain. The amino acid changes presented in grey color here, either change the conformation of the protein, binding to other proteins or function of the protein
