Domain architecture of PtLecRLKs. G-type PtLecRLKs (total 180) generally consist of bulb lectin (mannose binding) domain and S-locus glycoprotein domain at the N-terminus and protein kinase domain at the C-terminus, separated by the transmembrane domain.
