The number and size of circles in the genomes of tylenchid species closely related to Globodera ellingtonae with outgroups (Trichuris ovis and Xiphenema americanum) are shown. The + following G. rostochiensis and G. pallida circles indicates that each has at least 5, but potentially more circles. A schematic of well-supported relationships among the species is shown based on previously published phylogenies [2, 29]
