Human ovarian tumor analysis of MOSE genes dysregulated at passage 14. Gene transcription data for human OC tumors as well clinical data was freely available from the TCGA project website. Mouse gene symbols were converted to their corresponding human orthologs. For the tumor stage data mining (a), data for 473 patients was used. For the platinum status (b), data for 289 patients was available. Limma tests were applied as described in Methods. Selected genes shown were adj p < 0.05 for tumor stage (a) and raw p < 0.005 for platinum status (b)
