Expression profiles of 37 SiATG genes in response to treatment with various hormones. Relative expression levels of each ATG in foxtail millet seedlings under various hormones were normalized to Actin mRNA (AF288226.1). 3-week-old seedlings treated with 5μM gibberellic acid (GA), 5μM methyl jasmonate (MeJA), 5μM salicylic acid (SA) and 5μM abscisic acid (ABA) for 1 h and 24 h, respectively. The expression level of each ATG was calculated and compared with those of seedlings under normal growth conditions
