Conserved motifs identified in different families of HATs in oomycetes. Motif A of most of the HATs identified has a highly conserved peptide Arg/Gln-X-X-Gly-X-Gly/Ala. The overall height of the stack predicted by the WebLogo indicates the sequence conservation at each amino acid, while the height of symbols within the stack indicates the relative frequency of each amino acid at that position
