Results indicated that the H1299 cell line became more resistant to gemcitabine treatment after siRNA knockdown of POLA2 (Knockdown), as compared to the non-transfected H1299 cell line having wild-type POLA2 (Control). Experiments were conducted in triplicates and repeated at least 3 times. Data are shown as the mean ± SD (*p <0.05)
