Colours represent four classes of co-expression preservation as represented by Z-score summary of preservation statistics. Z _summary >10 indicates high level of evidence for module preservation, Z _summary 5-10 indicates moderate-high preservation, Z _summary 2-5 indicates low-moderate preservation, and Z _summary <2 indicates no evidence for preservation.
