Id_gene corresponds to the gene model found in the Phytozome database [55] for poplar or Arabidopsis (Ath). Log2 expression fold-change is shown for the different analyses: expression fold-change 0.5 h after a single bending compared to a control plant (1B0.5 h/Control) and expression fold-change after a second bending compared to the 24 h post-bending time-point (2B0.5 h/1B24h)
