The red bars indicate the log2 fold changes from RT-qPCR analysis. Results from DESeq2 and RT-qPCR for same miRNA are grouped together. Below the figure is a table with log2 fold changes given for each of the miRNAs from both DESeq2 and RT-qPCR analysis
