RT-PCR results showing expression patterns for eight novel malacostracan genes in five Parhyale hawaiensis tissue samples. These genes represent the four novel malacostracan gene families with potential function in innate immunity; genes containing the death domain, ML domain, peritrophin domain and the von Willebrand factor type A domain. Tissue samples were obtained from P. hawaiensis: mixed stage embryos, limbs, gut, hemolymph and mixed-sex mature animals.
