Sequence logos of the R2 (a) and R3 (b) MYB repeats are based on the full-length alignments of all pineapple R2R3-MYB domains. Multiple alignment analysis of 94 pineapple R2R3-MYB domains was performed with Clustal X. The bit score exhibits the information content for each position in the sequence. The position of the three α-helices are marked (Helix 1 to 3). Asterisks indicate the highly conserved tryptophan residues (W) in the MYB domain
