Phylogenetic analysis of the IncFIB plasmid and chromosome encoded sitABCD iron transporter. Seven S. enterica isolates (SE163A, SE696A, SE710A, SE452, SE478, SE397, and SE819) were sequenced in this study and the sitABCD sequences of the other isolates were from the NCBI database. All isolates, except for SE819, contained the IncFIB plasmid. The phylogenetic tree was generated using the UPGMA clustering algorithm
