An example that illustrates the intersectjoin operator. I₁₁.. I₁₄ are intervals in input track 1, I₂₁.. I₂₃ are intervals in input track 2, while I_r1..I_r4 are intervals in the resulting track after the intersect-join. I₁₁ and I₂₁ each produces only one resulting interval (I_r1 and I_r2 respectively) because they only overlap with I₂₁. I₁₃ produces two resulting intervals (I_r3 and I_r4) because it overlaps with both I₂₁ and I₂₂. I₁₄ does not produce any resulting interval because it does not overlap with any intervals in track 2
