Histogram of GO classification. Based on the homologous genes, 80,312 sequences from all unigenes of 36 P. fugax libraries were categorized into 56 GO terms comprising three domains: biological process, cellular component, and molecular function. The majority of the terms were categorized as “cellular process”, “metabolic process”, “cell”, and “cell part”. A high percentage of genes were also assigned to “binding”, “catalytic activity”, “organelle”, and “membrane”, and as well as “biological regulation”, “development process”, “transporter activity”, and “reproductive process”
