TF family classification of unigenes. In total, 5904 unigenes were classified into 58 TF families. Among these families, the MYB family represented the highest number (742, 12.57%), followed by the MYB-related family (604, 10.23%) and the AP2-EREBP family (453, 7.67%). Genes of the MADS-box family, which are associated with plant development and adversity responses, were also identified (131, 0.02%). The X axis represents the number of unigenes. The Y axis represents the TF family. “All-Unigene” indicates that the unigenes were those assembled from the 36 samples of Polypogon fugax
