Prognostic power of breast cancer cell type predictors. The TCGA breast cancer patients were stratified into high risk and low risk patients based on the expression profiles of the breast cancer cell type predictors in TCGA patients. The best multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model was obtained using a training set (80% of the patients) and was tested on a validation set (20% of the patients). The statistical difference between the two groups of patients are indicated by the p-value
