Flowchart of the execution of web-tool SHOE. Promoter extraction is followed by pairwise and multiple alignment of three species. Open source public matrices are matched to the human sequence if mouse and rat are aligned to human sequence region with similarity higher 50%. Finally, motifs with similarity score ≥ 0.5 are collected. Pearson correlation computes the co-regulation of genes in the dataset. (Detailed can be found in Algorithm section)
