  1. The results of the clean reads, which were obtained from the rice grain, stem, and leaf organs by trimming the short reads that were sequenced with the Illumina Hiseq platform. RNA was extracted from the samples (seed, stem, and leaf), which were treated with muddy water-irrigation for 4 days on the 14th day after heading, and sequencing was performed on the extracted RNA, which was the same RNA sample used for real-time PCR with three replicates
