We searched for protein-coding genes 100 kb/10 kb upstream and downstream of the identified lncRNAs. lncRNA-coding gene pairs/DElncRNA-DEGs pairs: the number of gene pairs of lncRNAs (or DElncRNAs) and protein-coding genes (or DEGs) by using 100 kb/10 kb as cutoff; 100 kb/10 kb: the number of lncRNAs (or DElncRNAs) and protein-coding genes (or DEGs) by using 100 kb/10 kb as cutoff
