  1. PDT indicates mismatch tolerance and N indicates the panel size. The number inside of table is value of K, which is the minimal length of K-mer for the model. Usually, larger K requires longer running time and more resources. The table shows how the changes in PDT and N affect the value of K. The result indicates that K is positively correlated with both factors respectively
