Thirty-three primary human fibroblast cultures were propagated in vitro; obtained from 7 different anatomic locales across 15 cadaveric donors with acquisition of 5 biological replicates from each anatomic location, with the exclusion of gingiva and palatal samples, in which each totaled 4 replicates, respectively
