Genotype: the number of genotypes for the homolog. GeneNum/Genotype: the average number of genes of the homolog contributing to a genotype, i.e., the number of genes per genotype. Core: “+” indicates that it is a core virulence gene,“-” indicate it is not a core virulence gene.
